Our policies

Children

Children and infants are welcome as long as the lead guest is a responsable adult (parent or gardian). Children are considered as adults when it comes to pricing for extra person.

Pets

Pets are welcome. We charge an extra cleaning fee of £18/pet or £30 (per week or less of stay) if 2 pets. Pets are never to be left unattended inside the property. All poo bags must be properly disposed of and not left at the entrance or in the little front garden.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash, Bank Transfer.

Check In & Check Out Times

Earliest check in is 2.00pm. Latest check in is 11.30pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

Parties/events that could cause disturbance to our other guests are not allowed. In no case hen or stag parties will be tolerated.

Only guests booked are allowed inside the property. Contact us to receive permission for other people to come in during the day. Visitors staying in after 10pm is considered as an extra person sleeping and will be charged for.
